5. PRICING & PAYMENT
All product prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and confirmed at the previous price.
Orders must be paid for in full before they can be processed.
We use third-party payment providers to process online payments. ITOKAWA does not directly store your complete payment card or banking details.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation.
An order confirmation indicates that we have received your order request. It does not necessarily guarantee that the order has been shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ITOKAWA currently ships across India.
Shipping is free across India, subject to the terms stated on our Shipping & Returns page.
Orders are generally delivered within 7–11 days, depending on the customer’s location and other logistical circumstances.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, natural events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information where available.

8. CANCELLATION
An order may be cancelled only before the product has been shipped.
If you request cancellation of an order that has been placed but has not yet been shipped, a 30% cancellation charge will be deducted from the order value, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products once they have been shipped or delivered, except where a product is determined to have a genuine manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit, subject to our assessment.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide photographs or videos of the product and packaging when requested.
